Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates with:

7+ years of experience in the Wind Turbine Generation (WTG) sector
Certified rope access technicians (IRATA or FISAT, Level 1, 2, or 3) with 5+ years of experience in rope access
A proven track record in wind turbine blade inspections, with an emphasis on high-quality, detail-oriented assessments
Additional experience in blade repairs and structural assessments is highly valued
Ability to manage direct client communications and provide excellent service
Strong skills in logistics and project planning, ensuring smooth execution of inspections and repairs on-site
Comfort and experience working at heights in challenging environments

Your Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality wind turbine blade inspections using the latest techniques and technologies
Perform blade repairs and assessments, when necessary
Manage project logistics, including coordinating with clients, scheduling inspections, and overseeing the planning and execution of tasks
Ensure that all work meets the highest safety standards and complies with industry regulations
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and offering technical expertise
Contribute to a safety-first culture, ensuring all team members are working in a safe and efficient manner at all times
